To add convenience for our Darling customers, we offer free shipping with all U.S. orders. All orders will be shipped out within 3 business days of order date and you will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed. Expedited service is available. Darling Clothing Co. is not responsible for shipping delays which are beyond its control. If your package does not arrive within the time frame specified above, please contact us with your order number.
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for your shopping convenience. Our first concern is always customer care. We want our customers to be happy and satisfied. If you received a damaged or defective item, email us at email@example.com and we will rectify this right away!
All items must be returned within 10 days of when you received the item.
All items must be in their original condition; not worn, torn, snagged, stained, or damaged in any way. All tags must be attached to the garments.
Return and exchange costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend contacting us for any and all concerns or questions you might have regarding fit, design, details of an item before purchasing.
All refunds are issued in the original form of payment. We process these within 5 days of receipt, however, your credit card company may take up to 2 weeks to show the credit on your statement.
Clearance (Final Sale) items cannot be returned or exchanged.
If there is a quality issue with any of our items, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the merchandise. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
We are not responsible for lost packages being returned to us. We are not responsible for packages dropped off and not signed for. Please be sure to give us a secured address.
